Bucky's Story
Bucky Jacobsen grew up in Hermiston, OR. In his younger years, he traveled the country playing professional baseball. While playing for the Mariners he decided the PAC NW was the place for him. After playing, he settled in North Bend and currently owns and operates Bucky's Baseball Academy.
Kate's Story
Kate Burton grew up in Vancouver, WA. Track and Field took her to Wyoming where she earned her degree in mechanical engineering. A job working for the Navy brought her back to the Seattle area which afforded the opportunity to meet her giant, ginger man.
Our Relationship
We met in 2013 on Match.com. Kate asked Bucky if he liked cheese...fortunately he likes many different kinds! Our connection grew over sports, fishing (a surprise for Kate), and rational thinking
